These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Blue Butterfly Show Apparel website, products, services, memberships, loyalty programs, and all related offerings (“Services”).

3. VIP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Blue Butterfly VIP Memberships are paid, annual memberships offered in limited quantities. Membership perks vary by tier and may include:

Priority production or turnaround

Complimentary shipping
Benefits are described at the time of enrollment and may vary by level.
b. Enrollment & Availability
VIP Memberships are limited and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue enrollment at any time.
c. Payments & Renewals
VIP Memberships are billed annually at the price displayed at checkout.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Memberships may auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage renewal settings.
d. Changes to Benefits
VIP benefits may be updated or modified. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.
Membership does not guarantee access to limited-quantity products.
4. LOYALTY CLUB PROGRAM
a. Enrollment
The Blue Butterfly Loyalty Club is free to join. Customers must register an account to earn and redeem points.
b. Earning & Redeeming Points
Points may be earned through qualifying purchases, referrals, or other promotional activities as defined at the time.

c. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program, including point values and rewards, at our discretion.
5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders

Correct pricing or listing errors

Limit quantities per customer
Payment must be made using approved payment methods at checkout.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Blue Butterfly Show Apparel.
VIP Members may receive priority handling; however, delivery times are not guaranteed.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms and applies to all purchases.
BLUE BUTTERFLY RETURN POLICY
Custom Sized Garments

Non-Refundable: All custom-sized garments are nonrefundable.

Because these garments are made using measurements provided by the customer, returns are not accepted.

Consignment Option: Custom garments may be returned on a consignment basis for store credit only, subject to approval. Please contact us for details.
Stock Sized Garments

A $35 restocking fee or 15% (whichever is greater) applies.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
Alterations & Fit

Due to variations in body shape, garments may require alterations even with accurate measurements.

We recommend purchasing stock-sized garments with the expectation that minor tailoring may be needed.

We encourage consulting a local seamstress or tailor for final adjustments.
Return Process

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags attached.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Blue Butterfly Show Apparel and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
