- **Non-Refundable**: All custom garments are nonrefundable. As these pieces are tailored specifically to the size specifications YOU have provided, we cannot accept returns.
- **Store Credit for Consignment**: Custom garments may be returned on a consignment basis for store credit only. Please contact us for more information on the consignment process.

- **Restocking Fee**: For stock-sized garments, there is a $35 restocking fee applied to all returns.
- **Shipping Costs**: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that returns are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


- **Expectations on Fit**: It is important to note that garments may require alterations due to the variability of body types. Even with the most accurate measurements, not all measurements can accommodate every body shape perfectly.
- **Recommendations**: We recommend purchasing stock-sized garments with the understanding that you may need to make minor adjustments. It may be beneficial to consult a local seamstress or tailor for final adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.


- **Return Process**: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process.
- **Condition of Garments**: All returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags still attached.
